New Year's resolutionists. It's like going to the gym now - gotta fight all the January warriors who made a drunken decision to "get in shape" on New Year's Eve and now occupy space that people like us have long been using.

Give it time. This too shall pass for most of the newbs. Granted I'm not exactly a monster poster on this board either, but at least this isn't my second week in the gym.

the gym i have been going to has been packed for the last 2 weeks it is finally starting to thin out i give it 2 more weeks and it will be back to normal, however i am new to this forum just not to the gym, i have tried other forums but a lot talk about steriods and i am not into that , i read a few posts on here and noticed most people are generally helpful , so i decided to come here and learn whatever i can and give whatever info i have picked up, which is not a whole lot i am still learning a lot of things as i go , i have only worked out for 3 years , im sure several people here are way longer then that

I wouldn't be too hard on the newbies.

I've been posting (and largely lurking) on this forum for years, but if I hadn't been met with some really friendly advice and tips when I first came here, I might not be in the kind of shape that I am today.

Anyway, as others suggested, I'd throw a Wednesday workout in there as well. I use a three-day split myself.

I don't know what you are, but we don't even know what your work out plan consists of. What kind of work outs and additional exercise are you performing?

Why not just change your workout schedule to be Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday?

That's my plan for when Lost comes back on Wednesdays. True story.
    Ron Paul 2012

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
