is this ok for 2-3 weeks or no?

these holidays have really messed me up and i work out monday, wednesday and friday with weights on a beginner routine because i recently got back to lifting after 5 years and the last 3 months i was hitting it good and then BAM the holidays. because of the holidays i havent hit the weights so should i continue on the bigger routine or move up ? anyways is this routine ok to do for a few weeks because i have some weird working hours next few weeks

here is a routine im asking about for 2 weeks and please dont sugarcoat anything and be brutally honest with me about it

    Monday 30 minutes cardio

Tuesday upper body... 2 exercises per body part ..4 sets each ...8 reps per exercise... 1 exercise is a compound movement and 1 is isolation

    Wednesday. 30 minutes cardio

Thursday lower body ....2 exercises per body part..4 sets each 8 reps per exercise... 1 exercise is a compound movement and 1 is isolation

    Friday 30 minutes cardio
