    Opinion of My training program

I am not new to weight training , or proper diet

I use a 3 cycle training program over all

    4 months size size size,

the next 4 months i lower my calorie intake by 500 to about 3400--3600 a day and cut body fat , while i continue my weight lifting in the gym the same , i do not make much size gains on this portion due to the lower calorie intake but that is my goal for the cycle , lower body fat while maintaining the gains i made th previous cycle

the last 4 months i put my calories back to 4000/daily but i change my lifting this cycle i focus on strength , 3 day split all power lifting exercises squats, deads, and bench i have done power lifting for 2 years during this portion i see a substantial strength gain and maintain size and body fat % within 1-2 percent at the most

i would just like to see if anyone else has used something along these lines or any opinions how i might be able to maximize each cycle while maintaining the other gains , or any nutritional advice i currently take a protein powder and a creatine supplement. thanks in advance for the opinions and advice

not that big at all but i work a very physical job and i spend 2 hours in the gym every day , i have tried 2500, and 3000 but with the job i work it doesnt hold at all , i make little to no gains on size, i will have to change that rather soon tho because i will not be working that job so i wont use those daily calories , that is one problem i wil have i have no idea how to judge my needs without this extra burn of them, when i do i will look for advice because it took me along time to find a calorie intake where i make gains and dont gain to much fat so if any one has help i can use when tht time comes please let me know

    P.S. i am only 5'7" and 160 pounds with 9.5 % bf at the moment last year i was 140 with 13 % bf
