    Quick Question

    I've been going to the Gym for the last month and I had a small workout plan. Now im just putting together a new one, so I decided to come here.

    The question is I'm following some of the guides and what does 1RM and 5RM stand for?

    Also Ive tryed searching around, but I can't seem to find what may be a good beginner supplement to start on or what to mix.

    1 rep max, 5 rep max. The weight you can only lift for a one count. Stay away from this of course unless you have a spotter. I usually stay away from it all together and you can estimate it based on your 5 rep max. A ball park guess is about 20%. So if your 1rep max is 200, you might be close to 160lbs for five reps. I've seen equations here and there but don't know any.
