    Break of 1 min
    2nd 20lbs 10reps
    Break of 1 min
    3rd 25lbs 10reps
    Squats ?lbs
    Bar curls 20lbs 10reps
    Sit ups 100
    Push ups 30
    Stairs 100times
    Curls 10lbs 10 reps
    repeat

    I weight 110 lbs and i have a body fat of 6%.

    ok
    1st is bench press the bar wight i believe 45lbs
    squats is where i take 35lbs in my hands and squat 10 times
    stairs it has about 30 steps i go up and down it 100 times
    curls is with a dumbell

    Buy a book, seek out a reputable trainer, or as posted above, read the stickies here.

    I read the stickie, and i understand most of it but dont know how to apply it to my kinda workout, anybody have a good suggestions for how i should change my workout

    What is your goal?

    Athletic perfomance?

    Raw powerlifting strength?

    Bodybuilding?

    General fitness?

    Each requires different approaches to training.
    Just a regular guy.
