average lol... im starting to eat alot alot more like double what i used to! haha i used to eat under 1000 calories like 1 meal a day now im eating 2 meals a day though. i always feel full now though... i dont eat specific foods for a diet but i cant eat alot of foods so im eating good foods when i do eat... (i cant have greasy foods, fatty foods, spicy foods, mint, coffee, soda, carbonated drinks, tea, ect ect)

my workouts right now consist of bicept curls with the ezcurl bar (5 sets of 10 with 70 pounds) and elevated pushups with my hands on the curl bar so it roll's a little bit and puts more of stress haha (4 sets of 20 at about 40% angle i guess) i dont have a place to run so yeah... i have this bike machine though and im going to start using that for about 30 mins a day and also i have the ab lounge and im going to hopefully use that but only if i find a way to put some weights on it like a 35 or a 45 haha

so considering you technically haven't used your "bike machine" and "ab lounge" yet, your current work outs consist of 5 sets of curls and 4 sets of push ups?

you should really try to invest in a gym membership man

cant, costs to much, i could possibly if i sold a bunch of stuff, but i'd rather save my money to see my gf... thats a easy one for me... haha im going to wait and start doing pull-ups and deadlifts, i have olympic weights with about 300 pounds so i can do alot of workouts with that and i have a patio thing in my back yard that i do pull-ups on... and i dont want to bench press just yet im just going to be doing push-up's to reach my goal of looking strong instead of getting strong, you know what i mean? and yeah i have used the ab lounge but i dident like how many i had to do on it to feel it (about 200 to start to feel it) so yeah i was doing weighted ones off of the floor for my ab's but yeah... i can do alot of workouts its just what im trying to do, doctor also recommended me to start working out my legs because my right knee keeps popping outta place when i stretch it to the side.
