I posted this on your other thread but here goes again...

    What is your goal?

    Athletic perfomance?

    Raw powerlifting strength?

    Bodybuilding?

    General fitness?

Each requires different approaches to training.

I'm sorry, my post was probably confusng. I was asking what your single specific goal is.

Of course there can be more than one but it is a real challenge to train for multiple gals requiring distinctly different training techniques.

From your answer above I think you want to focus on bodybuilding and mass.

    Is this correct?

Count your calories. Eat a lot.

Put together a simple program using basic compound exercises (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Row, Pullups, Lunges, Dips, Good Mornings).

The beginner program Cowpimp put in his designing programs thread should be okay for now.

Yep, I'll second that. You'll need to work on str for a while then you can later move enough weight to get on a bulking program more specific to bodybuilding.

I think you better start working on your push-ups first. Once you can do more than "at least 20", then move to weights but continue to do push-ups as well. Here are some articles. Read them. They have some good advice. (These articles are posted in my blog with some others as well if you ever want to refresh your memory. )

If you want to gain size then you need to eat. Eat as big as you lift. If that makes sense.
