    The Big Three

I think it would be a good idea if one of the moderator's posted something about the importance of proper form for these movements, considering there are quite a bit of new threads relating to these.

If some body new to working out or even new to these lifts does not know the form then they can be extremely dangerous. No one wants a slipped disc or crushed vertebrae.

by all means I support these lifts 100% i never go a week without them, but they are relatively dangerous without proper guidance or training.

youtube has some pretty good videos on proper form. that's basically how i learned to deadlift and squat properly. you really just have to start out with light weight and get the form down before you start piling on the poundage because i agree if your form isn't spot on you could seriously injure yourself.

similar videos can be found for pretty much any exercise... you can sort of tell which ones are credible and which ones aren't...

lmao i meant as a sticky cause most people are not going to go and look for all this stuff i see way to many people dead bent on doing 80 % or higher of there 1 rm without first learning form. They ask for my help and then get mad when i dont let them lift super heavy right away. and personally i don't want to feel responsible if they hurt themselves. so i tell them they do it my way or learn from someone else.
