    fiber splitting

    i have read some stuff on the net about splitting your fibers to increase muscle size now i don't think it sounds to enticing, sounds rather pain full but if any one knows more information on this can you please explain what exactly it is and if i am correct in thinking its a bad idea.

    mostly articles out of magazines , and other body building sites....actually a few talk about arnold doing that with his bicep workout.

    stuff like that , but thats why i don't really think its a good idea i don't know that's why i am asking about it.

    I've read some books on it too. Most common theory is it happens to some swim athletes but unless there have been more recent advanced studies little is known about why it happens in some humans and even if there are any real benefits to it happening.
