    Hey,

    I'm 16 and looking to gain some muscle. I've been working out for close to a year and have gained little muscle. I'm just looking for some advice on anything, good exercises, diet, supplements w/e. Any advice would be great.

    Thanks alot,

    Gain = eat more.

    At 16 you should be growing like a weed. If you are working out and not growing you are probably not eating enough food.

    at age 16
    if you are lifting at least a few times a week

    id just simply suggest you try to eat as much protein as possible
    in that, you will end up eating more fats and carbs and you will gain

    if you really want to get into the number crunching, we can assist you in that

    but honestly at your age, just concentrate on getting enough protein, and continue lifting smart.

    the rest will follow

    Workout, Diet etc.

    Hey Guys,

    Thanks for all the quick responses. I am a pretty busy guy being a three sport athlete so I try to get to the gym 4 times a week. I eat all the time so not eating enough is not the problem. But unfortunately I eat pretty unhealthily. I have always had a fast metabolism so I'm pretty thin. 5' 11" 151lbs. Any more comments or questions feel free to ask.

    Thanks,
    Jeff
