    Shoulder Horn?

Some of you may remember a while back I posted that I've got a torn rotator cuff. Well, the Cortizone worked for about two months but I'm heading back to the doc for probably surgery. In the meantime, I'd like to try and keep the shoulder as strong as possible without doing any more damage and I saw this gizmo called the Shoulder Horn.

My question is, has anybody used one/know somebody who has used one and were there any good results?
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???

I don't know, but I'd be a little hesitant to use it. Ask your physical therapist, he/she should know.
