Whats you current routine?
Do you train in terms of bodyparts or movements?
i have really thick lats and huge upper traps but my middle traps just arnt coming in like the rest of my back. any ideas to put a new shock to try and thicken them up. im advanced at lifting but i need something out of the ordinary i think. any advice tips or comments would b appreciated

Cleans, heavy shrugs, farmers walks, pullups?
Maybe high rows?
i mix it up alot. i do dead lift occasionally. i love barbell row and one arm dumbell row. any row im down with. i do all the right stuff and everything building except my middle traps
Try CG upright rows bud. They hit the mid-trap section
Soreness is weakness exiting the body.
