    Confused!!!!

    Hey

Im sure this question has been asked a million times and ill probably cop a spray for it!

Q : I don't want to get to big, but want to become more muscular, what is the best rep range to achieve this?

Currently I do all my compound excercises such as Deadlift, Squat, Bent Row at 5x5 and all my isolations at anywhere from 2 x 8-12 or 3 x 8-12.

At the moment i feel like im floundering a bit as there is so so much information out there but its all way to much for my feeble mind to take in.

If anyone is willing to write me a program I would be stoked!! I work out at home and have the following equipment

    Bench
    Lat Pull
    T-bar
    Power Rack
and obviously dumbells, BB & Ez bar.

Your advise will be well recieved.

    Cheers

Take a look at some of the stickies at the top of this forum page. They should help in designing a basic program.

It will be hard to lift without putting on mass. You are going to put some muscle on either way.
    Just a regular guy.

To get muscular you'll have to actually put on muscle, yknow. If you cut with nothing underneath you'll have a six pack, sure, but you'll look emaciated like a skeleton or something.

Besides, its not as easy as you think to get big - simple yes, easy no. You actually have to work at it.

Read the stickies, eat right, and train hard.
