Guys, I started a thread called " Hulk Building " on bb dot come..... And thinking of having it here as well... but, before anything, I would like to post some vids first.
I was training at home for about a year or so... Did not eat properly as well.
After that, I started going to gym and it has been one year and 7 mths now that I have been touching the real iron.
The following is a vid of me doing Jump Dips... The first time doing them once again after mths of ditching them.
