Moring exercises and when to work out

I love working out. Its not the fact that I want a perfect body but I guess all the sweating and feeling of accomplishment. But I'm still in high school and my AP classes are bombarding me with tests. So basically my questions are: How many times should I work out? Should I do morning exercises? If so, should I do full workout, half of my regular workout or even less then half? How many sets and reps should I do for each muscle group?

Doesn't matter. Whatever fits in your schedule as long as you get a pre-workout meal in enough time before your workout.

1-5 reps for strength gain,6-12 for hypertrophy (muscle growth), and 12-15(20) for endurance. That is what the guy said in his post. I don't get it, whats the difference between all three. Aren't they all for building muscle?

Yes and you will build muscle doing them all. It's about targeting the ranges for maximum gains for what goals you are trying to achieve.

for absolute growth i like to cycle through the ranges

    hit 20 res one day

    10 one day

dip into the 5 rep range some days

    im boarderline crossfit

although i disagree with some of their ideas

i like the idea of pure randomness

as long as you keep track of where you stand from time to time

    you can see your improvements

at 179 lbs and 8% body fat
lifting more than i ever have before in my life

id say switching things often, including rep ranges, exercises, training methods, etc. is key
