    Bodyweight exercise routine

I'm not really into weight lifting, and I like being able to work out without going to the gym. I used to always do pushups after I went running, and eventually I got a pull up bar. Now I do three sets of push ups and three sets each of 3 different crunches, 5 days a week. I also do 3 sets of pull ups and chin ups, but only 3 times a week.

I'd like to add to this routine, and I wanted to get some opinions. My plan is to add 3 variations of pushups: triangle, wide arm, and elevated legs. I'd also like to add leg work outs: bodyweight squats, calf raises, and lunges.

Would that provide an adequate workout for my whole body? I'm not looking for a complex routine right now, but I want to make sure that I'm not neglecting any muscle groups.

buy a couple dumbells and do some weighted pullups, weighted dips, goblet squats
unless your apposed to even these weighted exercises

    pistol squats
    lunges

    good mornings
    back extensions

    crunches
    planks

push ups (wide, diamond, neutral, inclined)
    dips

    pull ups
    chin ups

sounds like a pretty good range of exercises to me honestly

You could also do pushups with a clap.. you could even do handstand pushups (leaning against a wall for balance) to target your shoulders more.. also if there's a way to lower your pullup bar so you could do bodyweight rows..

running up stairs is great for your legs and you can also do squat jumps or jump rope

I used to push my brother's car around a parking lot, that was a serious workout. He drove a 5 speed Ford Probe and i was able to actually get it to push start by myself.

I think the main point of this thread is that you are really limited by your creativity as far as working out with minimal equipment goes.
