    back routine

    i need a routine for back but i cannot be standing or cannot put any pressure on right knee(injured). i guess im basically limited to cables. can i do seated cable rows with one foot down and all pressure on good leg? im starting p/rr/s , need routine that works with it, within my limits

    this one is a toughy

    one foot may put a strange twist on your spine

    maybe look into a t-bar row with chest support (spider row?)
    pull ups are great if you can mount/dismount the bar comfortably
    single arm pull downs (a seated movement)

    just some quick ideas
