    Its probably true but it didn't say working out causes infections/ilness, just that you run a higher risk in the morning.

    Its kind of a stupid study, and its not going to stop me from working out in the morning.

    I like going to the gym after being awake at least an hour, so that I am fully awake. If I go really late at night I am almost always at least slightly tired, and that does affect my workouts. I get up around 5am, and go at 6am now, and I want to stick to it.

    Yeah I saw something like that on the news. The only day of the week I lift in the morning is on Wednesdays. I feel better when I lift in the afternoon and kind of push myself harder than in the morning when I’m still have at sleep

    I guess I should now stop working out in the mornings. I'm so damn infested and infected with diseases and bugs. Hmmn... Whatever to that author............. whatever. Imagine how much business most of these gyms would lose if anyone or everyone start beleiving this!
