    Help me lose fat.. again!

I've just started my conditioning phase to get my body ready to lose fat..
My workout yesterday was like this:

    - 40 Minutes Elliptical
    - Dumbell Bicep curls (3 setsx12 reps)
    - Dumbell (3 setsx10)
    - Inclined bench press (3 setsx12)

I am doing the same thing today except:
    - Elliptical 45 minutes
    - Complete bicep excersices (3 sets each, 12 reps)
    - Complete chest excersices (3 sets each, 12 reps)
    - Complete shoulder excersices (3 sets each, 12 reps)

I am also planning on jogging at night for an hour..
I am monitoring my diet, and have previous experience in training myself..

Will this be too much for today?
Would it hurt to have a full gym session in the afternoon and a jogging session on the treadmill for an hour at night?

Unfortunately little of that has anything to do with burning fat. You burn fat by taking in less calories than you need. And noone but YOU knows what you mean by the exercise "dumbell" and "complete" whatever exercises. If you want to lose alot of muscle in the process then yea jog an hour too. All you really need to do is monitor your diet. How many calories and macs are you shooting for a day, that is the real question.

okay, your whole routine is so "not right", my best advice is to start reading the sticky threads here in the training forum AND in the diet/nutrition forum.

doing excessive cardio is not the answer, diet/nutrition are the key to losing fat.

there are also hundreds of articles on IronMagazine Bodybuilding Website, natural bodybuilding & fitness magazine

well, given that yesterday was my first day.. My sets were very light, just to refresh those muscles (whole thing took 30 mins).. I wasn't "pushin' weights".. I was only refreshing my body for today's workout..

Oh, and for the diet.. I don't have a specific daily table of what I eat, but I changed my diet.. For example, today I had:
    - 4 boiled egg whites..
    - 2 whole boiled eggs..
    - 2 slices of whole grain toast..
    - 1 tbs honey mixed in a glass of fat free milk..

    - Midday meal: A chicken breast salad+ isopure shake

    My Next meal will be:
    - Full grilled chicken breast..
    - 10oz green salad..
    - 1 cup orange juice..
    - an orange..

And my last meal will be exactly like my first meal..

To be honest, I'm still not into making myself a perfect meal plan just yet.. but I think I know what I'm doing.. as opposed to what "Merkaba" judged by my not-so-perfect description of excersices..

Judging is an everyday occurence, yes. Thats what we do in order to determine a response, yes? I'm judging by what you write! Like thinking that the diet is something less important than the few minutes you spend in the gym!

and Noone said anything about perfect. However I would say your diet looks way better than many.

It all Depends on your goals and when and how effeciently you want to achieve them.
