Need help going to 4 day split

I'm taking gear so that's why there's no days off.

Currently i'm on a 3 day cycle as follows:
    1-Chest/tri's
    2-Back/Bi's/Shoulders
    3-Legs/Ab's
Day 4 either an off day or start routine over

Day 2 just is too long of a workout(close to two and a half hours yesterday) and i can't keep the intesity up towards the end of the training.

Some advice on what would be the best way to spread it out into 4 days would be appreciated.

your spending way too long in the gym, 45mins to 1.5 hours tops i'd say. and fyi my upper body w/o takes me about 50 mins with 1 min rest in between sets and 3 mins rest in between exercises. Try timing your rest intervals it will speed things up.
