    On my day off I usually Dead lift 450 and do some squats...maybe a few weighted pull ups if I'm feeling sprite.

    The thing is, I cant stand to not work out every day. It just makes me feel like I'm lazy and gaining more weight.

    Eat a dozen hardboiled eggs then do 50 squat-thrusts, just kidding. Its tuff to shift gears, & do nothing, goes against our grain, but you should do it.
