30lbs of muscle in 6 weeks. yeah i know that wont happen, but i was just wondering about the program.

after some research (google) i found out its a program based on the 20 rep sqat and drinking lots of milk. ok so i know i wouldnt drink a gallon of milk a day thats a little much. i like a clean bulk, but have any of you tried any programs based on the 20 rep breathing sqats?
