    Jump Rope?

Does anyone do jump rope for cardio? I am interested in doing some jump rope 2-3 days a week during my cut but I am not exactly sure how to structure the workout. I want it to resemble HIIT or at some sort of interval training. If anyone has some advice it would be greatly appreciated!

I don't jump rope anymore, but I use to during my playing days. In college our strength coach had these black weighted ropes and they were a BITCH! Made your arms feel like jelly and got your heart really pumping. I'm sure you could google weighted jump ropes.

I do jump rope at least once a week, beats the hell out of running if you're feeling lazy. It works well too.
Try intervals, like 15 minutes of jumping, then 15 minutes of something else(mildly cardio related) then back to the rope.
