    my six pack quest

    Can a extremely low calorie intake ( 1000-1200 ) stop the fat lose even if u r lifting heavy and doing cardio ?
    What do u think about "going for the burn" when u r loosing fat?

    At this time i am eating around 2000 calories.. i am just asking if i drop more calories will it affect my fat lose and how ? What about the "burn" question ?

    well yeah, if you eat fewer calories your body will be unable to gain any fat or muscle mass... and as far as "The Burn" go for it

    but if you are on a six pack quest you will most likely need to GAIN muscle mass in that area. Therefore you will need to eat proper and work that area right..

    The ''burn''? What the hell is that?

    If you are training and only eating 1000 calories a day you will not only be burning fat but DESTROYING muscle mass. You will end up looking like a twig with puny (but yes visible) abs if you do this. I don't recommend it
