try stretching yout bi' and tri's, your biceps are probably tight from the "pump"
Hi im new to weights, just noticed after doing some arm routines that my arms seem to stay "bent" for a few days like they dont go straight when at rest hard to explain
anyhow is that normal and will go away once my body gets use to it..?

Youre probably doing too much isolation crap in search of big biceps. Stop. Focus on doing good back exercises and pulling instead.

there is no doubt that this is great advice! However since you are new to weightlifting, the soreness and tightness following your workouts will still occur. The length of time that you will experience DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will diminish after your body becomes more accustomed to lifting heavy weight. Although it may reappear with variations to your routine.

Sounds like you are just really sore and your mind is tricking you into thinking you cannot extend them anymore. Maybe turn down the intensity until you can sustain the weight without tearing yourself apart too much.
