Question Your Favourite Rear and Lateral Delt Exercises?

So I've been neglecting my Rear and Lateral Delts. Has anyone got any favourite exercises to isolate these particular muscles?

    Cheers.

You would use those to work both muscles?

I take it you're talking about these: Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise ?

Bent over dumbbell raises will work your rear delts and you can do side lateral raises with either dumbbells or cables to isolate your lateral delts. HOWEVER, I do not perform many isolation exercises alone. You need to remember to get the compound exercises into your routine. I love militarys!!
