How to lose this flabby stuff under my pack?

Okay so I have been getting really annoyed by this flabby "stuff" under my "four pack", it is so hard to get rid off and I really do not know what exercise to do to burn it off. I have always had this all my life and its really annoying. Everytime I flex my torso I feel the most fat under there, arrghh!

Anyways here's a picture of a male torso I took from google to help yall see what I am talking bout.

This guy has no fat in there but I have like a rectangular fat pouch exactly where I made that rectangularish design. It's so annoying cause when I wear a t-shirt its noticeable, what exercise targets this exact area? Or what exercise is recommended to get rid of this? Its like most of my fat in my stomach deposits there :/

    haha...

Well you can't burn off fat from a specific part of your body. It has to come off as a percentage all over your body. It is a matter of diet manipulation, counting calories, etc. So once you get down from 17% body fat you'll feel better about your "stuff" being a little less noticeable and you can move from four to a six pack.

What about an exercise that is good for targeting this area and really giving it an ass whooping?

the main rule of thumb that I tell my friends when they ask me questions about reducing or enhancing their size is that, generally, if you want to reduce something (in most cases, as with this case: overall body fat) you need to make a reduction in your caloric intake... and when you want to increase something (mostly overall muscle mass) an overall increase in caloric intake must occur...

Y dont you start by posting your current caloric intake (inculding your macros) and also your maintenance level. Also post your current training routine. you can use fitday.com to track your diet if you havent been already.... This will make it much easier for us to give you some tips that will have you seeing that 6pack in the shortest time possible.

But I mean, if I lost body fat % my lower pouch will always have more fat than the rest of my torso wouldn't it? Besides, I don't want to be so skinny :/ I am already skinny enough even with my 210lbs.

Imagine my lying down, well I just want my stomach to look like this -

    ________

    not like this -

    ______/\_

Yeah, lol its a stupid drawing but all I really want is my body fat on my stomach to be equal not like 25% in one section and like 15% the rest. Does someone get me! Please

Unfortunately this is where we humans keep the last bit of our body fat (aside from the protective layers that sorround our internal organs, but one would need to go below ~3%BF to see a loss in that, which would be harmful)...
anyway, if you really think about it your original question was to find an excersice that worked that area, which would make those muscles grow, causing the bulge to increase in size, so trying to target the fat loss is not the way to go...
Like merk said just look at built's avi... there is a reason that you dont see abs like that everyday (unless you are a reg on this forum). Its because it takes a ton of hard work and sacrifice to attain this.

yea if you tailor your diet to be a little more anabolic, which I'm sure you could, you will probably see better results. Post what your daily meals would be for example.

Well, I know one thing for sure; my eating habits will never be right enough or healthy enough for me to reach the level of someone like Built. Work, school, and most of all being Mexican are just some of the things that intervene. We all know Mexican food ain't even near the healthiest food you can eat.

What about products like Lipo-6 coupled with other supplements? Is this maybe a decent scapegoat?

    Edit:

All I eat is basically; burgers, mexican rice, mexican beans, meat, eggs, potatoes, tacos. And that is basically it, that is all I eat every single week. Once in a while I'll eat something out of the ordinary but for the most part this is all I eat.

My abs aren't as good as Built's...but I did one thing to lose that.

Barely eat food(just enough to stop the hunger pangs) should be around 1200 calories a day..then do INTENSE cardio..not this pussy 12 minute mile. Really PUSH to about a 6-7 minute mile.

That might not work for everyone, but I don't know any 17 year olds at my school who are in better shape than myself.

Please don't call me an idiot for sharing what I do..But I know you will.

Do that until 10% BF and you'll be seeing 6 abs, do it to about 7-8% BF and you'll see 8 assuming you're doing ab workouts like leg lifts etc..

that works but is it healthy??
and i doubt you will keep the gains once you start eating a bit more (to satisfy you rather than stop hunger). can you eat that little and run that much for the rest of your life??

    No.

Just...no. Not unless you enjoy having massive muscle loss.

There are merits to doing very low calories with certain training methods/diets (see: PSMF/UD 2.0) but what you're suggesting will lead to a metabolic trainwreck.

OuiSwim: You don't even need to do Cardio to lose fat. But it helps.

DesertFox why dont you start by keeping track of everything you eat in a week, then slowly start making changes. No need to jump into a whole new food environment.

Also, with a 17% bf its hard to believe you have any abs. Im at 13% and starting to just see them...hmm..

True that, my family has decent genes I guess. I wasn't born with the 6-pack, but it didn't take some "miracle" drug/supplement to help me get them..

It works for you because you just dropped a shit ton of weight, some of which was fat, and so you had a lower bf%. This approach will work for most, but its a very stupid way to go about weight loss.

we're all born with 6 packs, infact we're all born with 8 packs!. its the layers of fat that covers it. Biology 101.

The difference between what you said and what `cutting` is when you cut you lose mostly body fat and little muscle. And weightloss generally means loss of weight either its fat or muscle.

I've dropped weight before(fat) and gained muscle at the same time..so it's possible.

Ya Moondogg, I was 180lbs when I was 13 so I have dropped a LOT of weight.

you did this because your body was not used to training , this WILL NOT happen again now that your body has been through this training , now you must choose one or the other

"Work, school, and most of all being Mexican are just some of the things that intervene"

LOL Im sorry, did any one else find the wording of that hilarious?

Aherm, to your question... I have the same pouch too... its flabby, its rubbery, and it haunts my dreams. For me personally, I dont think it will ever fully go away. I used to be much heavier, and there is excess skin dropping just under my belly button. I dont know if you used to be heavier, but that may be a part of it.

And honestly, I understand where your coming from with the ethnicity, but I didnt throw in the towel and say "Ill never lose weight because I am greek!" We eat olive oil by the truck loads (my grandma thinks the idea that too much olive oil can be bad is absurd), we eat white rice, potatoes, lamb, pork, feta, fresh bread... the list goes on. And we eat a lot of it. However, just because your FAMILY eats a plethora of Mexican carb bombs, doesn't mean YOU have to. There are tonnes of healthy, nutritious foods that you can eat that i am sure you could find at the store, that are cheap too, like fruits and veggies.

Also, don't eat as much! Eat half a burrito instead, or use smaller plates and put on half the food you normally do. It is hard, but possible!
Never have an attitude of "I cant do ___ because of ___" If you want it, you will get it. Period. Your mind is more powerful than any muscle in your body (except maybe your pecks, depending on how much you can bench). Good luck.
