Hey
So I do a fair bit of night shift work 11pm till 7am. I usually get home and sleep till about 4pm, get up have a quick bite to eat and then workout, then have dinner and bum around till I head off to work again!!! problem is that after I workout I don't sleep for like 15-16 hours and am finding that by the time I get home from work the my body is so sore and tired.
Is there anyway I can combat this? Have tried working out before going to bed but am usually just wrecked from work.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Workout just before you go to work??
Or take powernaps until your body adjusts its biological clock and you're comfortable working out after. Sleep during the day and aim to wake up for about 10 PM. I don't really know much about changing sleep patterns
