1. Don't go to the beach.
2. Don't take off your shirt if you do go.
3. Go to the beach and don't eat like an idiot on a bulk and you won't look fat.
Solved.
Why slow down a goal for third party perspective?
What is your point and what are you trying to prove? Those three you gave made no sense. Read the damn title, he's asking for a third party perspective so I gave him mine you idiot.

Actually, you just made yourself look like a moron, because i am the original poster, lol...
Who is the one not reading now?
I never said anything about going to the beach, you did. I just wanted to know what a better route would be, to bulk or cut. Third party perspective has nothing to do with it. The point is just to know the best route for my future goal...
i just dont see someone pulling off 30 pullups with such a small frame
not saying i can do 30 pullups
i cant
but it just sounds like your spewing complete bullshit with that one
i take a great deal of pride in how strong my back is, and statements like that just make me chuckle
i live right off avalon myself
closer to 90 though
and id like to specify that the "pullups" im referring to dont involve kipping
unless thats what you where talking about
in which case this challenge is settled
and i was not trying to be an asshole
im just a sarcastic type of person
and im certainly not going for 200lbs either
Actually, I've noticed that people with a small frame can do more pull ups...For instance, a lot of people doing the most pull ups in the army are small frame. When i first started lifting i could do about 6 pull ups and i never did anything before that...Now, i can do about 25 and it didn't take long to do so. My buddy who has been working out with me can only get about 15. But, he started at 175 and i was 145. (same height) Now, he is 180 and I'm 152. If you looked at him, you would think he could do a lot more than me...
I don't think frame has anything to do with it, but i do feel a lighter person will do more than a heavy person, because they have less fat on their body to start with. (Assuming these are two people who didn't workout prior)
I work at the CiCi's right next to the Riviera... small world. o_O
I'm serious, straight body I can do 30 pull-ups. I'm just a small person so it's easier for me to pull myself. I don't think it gets me bragging rights but I can do it. You should work out at Whiting Field if you can(that's where I go) some of those people on base are scary mofos.
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't."
i dont really know what the monthly rate is
i paid for my membership in full
24 months +3 months free for paying upfront
$420
i do know that without a 2 year contract it is ridiculously expensive
the equipment there is sufficient
they could get heavier DB's but for me its not much issue
theres only a few exercises i can even manage the 95 dbs
sometimes in the evenings (especially round new years) it can get crowded
certainly not as well equipped as whiting field
or any military gym ive ever stepped foot in
but if your working at cicis it is free so you could always give it a try
but for me the savings in gas actually paid for the membership at the time i joined
(dodge ram 15mpg, 15 miles a day, $2 a gallon, 10 trips a month pays for the membership)
