This is a very controversisal issue, isolating areas of the pec muscles, some will say you cannot, others will say you can.
I believe you can to an extent, but it's better to just focus on the chest as a whole rather than breaking it down to upper/lower & inner/outer.
If I were to take the side of being able to isolate the "inner pecs" I would say to use dumbbell flyes and a pec dec machine.![]()
