there is no "best work-out".
ok whats 2 very good work outs for ur arms?
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.
Where to begin.............................Are you doing them on the same day together or with chest and back?

i was wondering how can i train triceps and biceps, i have been carrying weights for the past one week, but the triceps is still not up to standard, may i know is there any method to train both together![]()
I wouldnt be training them on the same day at all
i have 4 days in between tri's and bi's
I train bis and tris on the same day. Seems to be working for me. I have made pretty good progress and plus at the end you get a monster pump in your arms.
Just Shut Up and LIFT.
I train bi's & tri's together too. Never used to but I prefer it now.
I agree...give us something to work onWhere to begin.............................Are you doing them on the same day together or with chest and back?![]()
Tri's and Bi's are push/pull muscles and can be trained very well on the same day.Originally posted by HYPNICAL

In fact if your pressed for time, you can superset bi's and tri's together to save time. Do a set for Bi's then go right to a set for tri's.
The benifit of doing chest tri's and back bi's is that you pre work them doing chest and back so you only need a couple sets to finish them off.

Standing barbell curls
Alternating Bicep curls
Hammer curls
Laying triceps extention (skull crushers)
Press downs
I use any variation of the above, and thats about it.

I think the best advice for arms is to not overtrain them!
Diesel,
Read DP's thread "Design an Arm W/O" and see posts by myself and TCD. His program is better in it's own right. Mine assumes you are working your Chest, Back and Shoulders seperately on their own day (s).
