Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

I train bis and tris on the same day. Seems to be working for me. I have made pretty good progress and plus at the end you get a monster pump in your arms.

In fact if your pressed for time, you can superset bi's and tri's together to save time. Do a set for Bi's then go right to a set for tri's. The benifit of doing chest tri's and back bi's is that you pre work them doing chest and back so you only need a couple sets to finish them off. |

I think the best advice for arms is to not overtrain them!

Diesel,
Read DP's thread "Design an Arm W/O" and see posts by myself and TCD. His program is better in it's own right. Mine assumes you are working your Chest, Back and Shoulders seperately on their own day (s). |
