Hey guys, I recently finished a cycle of Hdrol and 1-T. I've had the week off from the gym as I needed a break after 8 weeks of non-stop intensive training. Anyway, I resume training Monday and I was wondering whether it was worth changing my training at this point. For 8 weeks I did the same routine week in, week out, focusing on simpler heavy exercises, working out 6-8 reps. Now, I'm not sure whether to carry on with the same routine (at least for the extent of my PCT) in order to try and keep my gains in size and strength, or try something different. For example, I feel like a change and was going to give Go-pro's shock Power/Reps/Superset regime a try again.
Does anyone know on what's best to do in this situation?
