    Does he know what he's talking about?

    This kind of goes against a lot of what people say...Does this make sense?

    i took it as him saying don't just sit around and eat more protien and expect to get bigger and stronger you have to work out. its a combination of all. thats how i took it. because the bigger you get the more protien your body can use rather than storing.

    Yeah, i think that's more of what he is trying to say...Although, i can't find any videos he's made that states being in a calorie surplus makes you gain muscle...He always talks about fat loss.

    Although, i know you need to eat more calories than you expend to gain muscle...So, that's why i brought this video to attention...It seems like he's against that, but he's big and cut. So, it's weird not seeing him talk about that stuff.

    He's saying that food cause Muscle growth if you work out and put the body to work. Nailed it.

    If you just sit around and 'eat healthy' do you expect to get big guns?

    Damage, Repair, Grow and repeat.
