    pre-workout enhancer

    anybody know of something good to take before working out to give an extra boost? not concerned with fat loss right now, jus massing.

    Sometimes i'll pop a couple fat burners, good for an extra boost if I'm feelin slow.

    I used to love Ultimate Orange, right now I'm using Cytomax "sustained energy and electrolyte" drink. I'm convinced that it helps me through the workout (I drink throughout), but I would not say it matches the now (extinct???) Ultimate Orange
