    Dana White workout

I knew he boxed once a upon a time but I didn't know he was and avid weightlifter. I'm pretty impressed. Nice form too.

i wouldnt expect any less of someone in the spotlight like him, in the industry that hes in.

It also makes it easier when you have millions in the bank, and probably access to free supplements for the rest of your life

Don King, Frank Warren, Bob Arum and countless other combat sport promoters think otherwise.

That's fine, I wasn't talking about them, it was my own opinion that I wouldn't expect any less of him, being in a fitness related industry and all, it makes him look a bit better.

But he's a businessman first and from what I've seen and heard he busts his balls. Pushing 40 years old too. It might be a little much in my opinion expecting it from him. Expecting all men of his age in the sports industry to be doing these numbers is tough.

Haha I forgot abut that. They used to chuck that stuff in our face way too much. Like in those countdown specials UFC athletes would make it look like it was part of their daily diet and they couldn't live without it. LOL.
