Questions regarding length of rest period

I currently try and give each muscle group about 4 days rest between work outs. I do chest/tri's on say a monday, bi's/shoulders/back on wed, and legs on thurs, then back to chest on friday. Is this too much or too little as far as resting the muscles? Thanks a lot

Most people like to only work a muscle group once a week (depending on what it is of course)

But if you are giving each muscle group 4 days in between that sounds fine to me

Personally i would be looking into my program because from what i have read on here (and other places ) doing major muscle groups together will not give them the work they need

    Good luck

So your working out Monday, Wednesday, thursday and friday.
i for one need a day off after legs and back, maybe you need to up your intensity instead of your workouts.
If your going to continue this, I hope your at least taking the weekends off cause your gonna burn yourself out.

    IMO your doing to much.
