Don't pay so much attention to pump either way. It's not important.

I was going to post the same question but he beat me to it.

I get better pump on my right side but as Gaz said "It's Not Important" so just don't bother.

But I am curious why does it happen?

Any connection to weak point training?

Maybe the non dominant arm is weaker and so goes closer to failure than the dominant arm. I usually get pumps when i go to or close to concentric failure.

don't notice pumps, but I do notice that my right side of my body is generally larger than my left side and I am a lefty. I notice my right pec, shoulder and bicep seems larger than my left, of course I notice it because it is my body, but it isn't that noticable to anyone else

Better pump from non dominant arm? Nope.
You draw a strait line down the center of yourself, very, very few of us are exactly symmetrical, look at the bottoms of a pair of relatively old shoes, chances are they arn`t evenly worn.
What helps me is really focusing, and splitting the movement, even if its a high speed explosive one. You gotta play mind games with yourself, such as: "Visualize a steel ball the size of a bowling ball going down the edge of a razor blade, and the razor blades a four lane highway." This simple thought works for me.

its very very hard to make your body symmetrical , and honestly im not all the worried about it , yourself is probably the only person who notices anyways. as for the better pump , your non-dominant side works harder because it is weaker therefore better "pump"

To be honest I think its because I mainly concentrate on my dominant arm more than my weaker arm.
I tried figuring out why and decided to concentrate more on my weaker arm than the dominant, and in the end I got more of a pump on my weak arm than my dominant.
In all honesty though, both share the work equally if you train smart and execute the exercise properly.

okay seriously i know people are never ever symetrical

    but i'm a next-level case

my left arm is a good 2-3 inches smaller than my right

and my left leg - even my physiotherapist took one swift look(btw the physio was nothing to do with my thighs but rather my groin ligament) and said "you're right footed right?" I said "yea, why?" and he goes "your dominant leg is much larger than your non-dominant" and i was like jeez didnt think it was noticable.

But yea, mainly my arms are a big difference. When I wear tight t-shirts, the right arm is skin tight but the left arm has like massive spaces lol
