Stop fooling around & go to your doctor.....![]()
When I do weighted crunches I hold 40lbs behind my head, well every now and then I hear a loud POP from my chest. I can barely sit up, I feel the pain most behind my lungs and the bones between my pecs. I know this isn't a good thing but it heals in 2-3 days. The question is...what the hell is that poping?!![]()
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't."
Stop fooling around & go to your doctor.....![]()

If it's bad enough to be a concern worth asking about, its bad enough to see a doctor for.

bahahahahaha
tool
it's probably something to do with one of your intercostal ribs thats popping out of place because of the pressure you put on your chest by placing the weight on your head.
try placin the weight on your chest with your arms across instead.
but first, do see a doctor because it might be something serious
The x-rays show...(pause for dramatization!)
I seperated this little bone in my chest that holds the two sides of my chest plate together. And you guys were right, the weight is supposed to be on your chest, I didn't know that which is why I was holding it behind my neck and I guess 40lbs is enough resistance to make that bone pop out of place.

I didn't think it was that serious..and I didn't know it could happen that easily. Who'da thunk it, eh?![]()

certainly not you!
Indeed not, well the only things I cant do are heavy upper body lifting(save curls) and sit ups. What should I do instead? He said it's going to be sore and inflamed for 2-3 weeks.![]()

You are really sensitive to your feelings about how you feel and how people feel about you. Y?

I would recommend not lifting for those 2-3 weeks as your core muscles are probably compromised as well.
I would recommend taking those 2-3 weeks, sit on your ass, and read these boards to formulate an actual plan. What you're doing will ruin yourself eventually.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Let's see:
Not properly training or dieting long enough before using AAS
Too young to be on AAS
Improper training while on AAS
Training with multiple injuries (I read much more than I post)
Ignores advice from doctors
Ignores advise from experts here, most whom don't even respond anymore.
