Circuits as opposed to just regular lifting?
I wanted to try them and I've never done it before.
What do you think/any recomendations?
Thanks in advance.![]()

They are another tool in the tool box. Can be good for improving work capacity.

At our age and experience I think you'll find the general consensus is to just lift heavy with good form, have a simple balanced program and eat well.
I don't think you've shared your routine yet? People will be reluctant to hand out advice until they feel comfortable that you're not effing around and hurting yourself using your interpretation of the advice.
Not wanting to sound like a jerk, I'm just suggesting that you're keen but maybe just need to put that keenness into something more useful.![]()

they're good for bulking
just make sure you have a high saturated fat diet and you'll grow like a beast! only high reps on the special high-fat diet; like 17-21 for bulking

Some Oooold Pics. All Natural. More to come soon...Still all natural
That's why I said ALMOST. I want to start hitting the gym with Ben Dur, hopefully that will get me wanting to hit heavier weights.
Call me gullible, but I've seen the p90x workouts. They are pretty legit in my opinion, and I saw the results my friend got. Can't argue with results..
Anywho, I'm guessing so far everyone is leaning toward NO circuits?
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't."
Moondogg,
It didn't mean anything. I tried it just to see how quickly I saw the results. It worked but for the amount of money I was spending on all the shit that has to go with it, it wasn't worth it..
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't."
B1 - if you dont already want to start lifting heavy then you're not in the right pass-time
B2 - the results that he would get even without the DVD aka lift heavy and eat right
To Moondogg; it was a bit of sarcasm old chap. No offense but you're like a grumpy old man even though you're 18. Lighten up mate!![]()
first off i call BS that you noitied any changes off taking Dbol for a littlle while... Let alone the fact that you probably made all this up... i dont like to be rude and discourage but you waste everyones time and your just another skinny girly boy who wants to be jacked...and saying you wanna look like lee preist shows you know nothing IMO cause i wouldn't put him in my top 50 even... LOL
p.s post your new BULKED pics
ON A 24/7 BULK....
I love how EVERY lifter is cocky as hell and refuses to believe someone elses routine could actually work? Crazyness right?
I'm just stating the facts, I was in better shape than Tod..then he got p90x and used it..then he was in better shape than me. There seems to be a common denominator here.
I do lift heavy weights, are you bad with grammar? It says HEAVIER(the -ier suffix means more) so I want to lift MORE weight.
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't."
I just know I'm going to get tagged for "spam". Someone will think I'm trying to promote p90.
Disclaimer: These are solid facts, and I am in no way trying to promote p90x or any of their affiliates.
Does that save me from a ban?![]()
"I lift because I can.
I can because I want to.

your still an idiot
the program may work thats not the problem people are expressing its the fact they pay huge money when they can do some research set up their own program and get the same results
Life is hard, Train harder My Goals Blog
go big or go home
friend " man i am not feeling the gym today" me " all i hear is la la la i am a little bitch"
Guys, I think I see the problem here.
You are just looking for a fast track, or shortcut to getting big.
Well put your mind at rest right now.
I promise you, there's no quick and easy way.
Even with AAS/PH's you still need to have a solid base laid down to see good results.
So stop asking stupid questions and do this:
Set up program based around heavy compound lifts.
Eat well, plenty of protein, little/no junk food.
Get proper rest. ~8 hours of sleep
That's all you need OuiSwim.
Seriously, when I was 17 all i wanted to do was find shortcuts but I promise you the more you put off doing it the right, hard way...the longer you will spin your wheels.
Just do it.
edit kicks ass doesnt it?? i double checked to make sure it said heavy
oh btw i see lots of newbies (including me) posting stuff for help and i, personally get help and appreciate it, so it's nothing about the lifters being cocky.
infact they come on here on purpose to help people so your argument holds no water
when you refer to better shape do you mean his 6pack was more visible and his skinny low rise jeans fit him better and showed more crotch??? wrong forum pretty boy... i'd ditch or get mom and dad to buy you some more dbol, and eat them like m&ms till youe at least 110 pounds
ON A 24/7 BULK....
Quiswim, if I may, Circuits are great for shedding weight. They're great if you want to begin to weight train, they're great if you're in between workout programs, man, they're just great.
Evander Holyfield used to circuit train to get himself in shape between fights.
Add this to your regimen to change things up, but don't do this longer than a couple of weeks, and then hit the weights hard!
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.
It's amazing to me that anyone even responds to this nutsacks posts.
