    Warming Up Your Body

    Warming up for excersing do you do it for each excersie or just once ....

    for example for chest
    to you warm up the flat
    then incline
    then decline

    or just one warm up and get the show started??

    I just do one to get the show started... you dont need it after that because youve already been working the muscle
