    tricep

    my friend just told me that my tricep looks weird cause it has one big things coming out of it where the actual muscle is in the middle of the arm and then a small one at the bottom and small one at the top i guess.... i can show u a picture if needed... how are triceps suppose to look when flexed???

    Does it resemble a horse-shoe shape?

    Not everyones tricep is going to look exactly the same, the basic shape is the same though.
