no rest to 5 seconds rest

Not new, just a variation!
It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to recycle CP stores (creatine) in the body, so for heavy intense lower volume work, we use a longer RIs. That doesn't mean to say that by using higher volume and shorter rest intervals, we can't "shock" the muscles into more hypertrophy, it just means VARIATION is often ONE of the KEYS to PROGRESS! ![]() DP |

but doesn't that take time for the system to get use to?? or doesn't matter how much volume is done just matters that it is done??
