    Im stuck... picks included

IMAG0040crop.jpg picture by floods7 - Photobucket (after a 4-5 month period of crietien)

    5 months after my crietien
    IMAG0136.jpg picture by floods7 - Photobucket

In the first pic I have been on Crietien for about 4-5 months. However I took very little of it. I only took whatever was in my pre workout shake which was 5g. I only took that 3 times a week and I would cycle on and off of it every other week. so..

1 week - I would have 15g of Crietien for that week (3 days of workout, 5g a day)
    next week - no Crietien.

I did this for about 4-5 months.

The first pic is about 6 months ago, so I have been without Crietien for 6 months and this is what I look like now. I have lost some strenght., I thought I lost size as well but when I look at these 2 pics it doesnt look so. I think I gained some size and put on some fat as well. Im in college and all the food they have for you is shit. I eat subs all day long.

I feel I am stuck, I want to get bigger but I want to cut back on some of the fat for the summer. What do you guys recommend... What workouts should I be looking at and what supplements should I be taking. Should I get back on the crietian? All I take now, is whey and animal pak multi-vit.

I gained a little size, and some upper chest, but not as much as I would have liked
    Any suggestions would help

Hey man I'm in college as well fuck the food is shit eh? LOL, I make my own shit so its not as bad but I do miss the home meals.
As for the picture, your abs have changed the appearance.. of course the first picture is better. Creatine does help with strength so if you noticed you lost some, that "possibly" may be why, other than that maybe you've trained alot less since and the eating habit too might be in affect.. But if you wanna bulk up, you know what to do eat up man. I'm on the same cycle as you but as for the "fat" system I don't care about that because bulking is, of course, building size.. and you will increase the fat percentage dramatically.. so either you're gonna wanna cut (low calorie-diet) or maintain (gain little size and lose little fat percentage) to lose the fat content.
For more information about cutting and bulking, there are awesome threads around the forum man. Good luck!

Since I am in school, I don't have too much time in the morning to eat. So I wake up around 9ish, and my first meal is around noon with a latte. I have a Italian sub, small bag of chips and. Another sub around 3 with a bag of chips and then another sub after my workout around 10ish with more chips and whatever else is lying around plus about 40g of protein from some 100% whey.

I know that I need to cut out the chips, but I dont like waisting my meal swipes so I eat all they give me. That will be my first thing to go. Only 1 more month of school so ill be back on a good diet then. I pretty much do a 5 day split. '

    Monday- back and abs
    tue - chest and tris
    wed- shoulders and bi's
    thurs - chest and abs
fri- back and whatever else I feel like throwing in there.
I cant do legs right now, cause Im letting my knee recover. Cardio is in there every day as well. I either play racket ball or practice martial arts which involves a lot of fast kicking and gets the heart going nicely.

Im thinking of going on creatine soon, but if I'm going to cut calories for the summer would it even be worth it?

Did I miss whats wrong with knee?
I prefer to take Wed off, if you need to make up a bdy part/parts saturday would do, but you need time to recoupe.
Another suggestion would be to start up a journal, other people can give you ideas as well. just my 2 cents worth.
