I use it when travelling and stuck in a hotel without gym

But although it tires you out, it is not the same as an hour spent lifting heavy weights

Depends where you are physically and what you are trying to do. It is a very polished, well-marketed, basic training program. I would also like to add that even though they give you like 16 dvds, all of the information will fit on less than 2 dvds, so you aren't really getting $90 worth of info, IMO.

However, if you follow it to a T, diet and exercise, for 90 days, you will make great progress, just as you would sticking to any program.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Someone I know says he is on the program. Because of who it is I can say it will never work for him. Less talk more work in the gym is the bottom line. There is no magic way.

Lifting is starting to get like the fantastic new diet BS. Less talk more work in the gym is the bottom line, IMHO.
