    Most here pretend to help here from what I see. A lot of it is less about help, and more showing they are an "expert." Just keep lifting young man!!! : ) Find your way through the jerks. Also web search... "pre-exhaustion." This isn't rocket science, it's finding what works for you.

    one lift i like is underhand barbell rows, not sure how others feel about them i have heard a few people experience a few issues with them, but i see great results in my back and forearms as well , and have seen no joint pain or extra lower back pain

    For rowing movements. try pedlay rows to help get the technique down - I feel these deep in the middle of the back the next day.

    Also chuck in deadlifts (or rack deadlifts) and some sort of pulldown movement to complete the back workout.
