This is from another guy on another forum that I am on. I told the guy he was crazy and that he should not recommend that others train this way. He is also always claiming that he has trained with Tony Freeman and other bs. This is what he looks like;
He is big for sure, but really I think he looks like crap mostly. I guess I just have a real dislike for the guy. I am sorry i posted this. never mind me
Looks like a crappy split. How do you suppose your body will repair and grow if you aren't ever resting?
In fact that is a archetypical shit bodybuilding split:
- Working out seven days a week? CHECK.
- Two whole days dedicated to arms? CHECK.
- Twice as much upper body work than lower body? CHECK.
- Training pushing musculature 3 days a week? CHECK.
Who cares what the guy looks like, also? He could look like 1970's Arnie for all i care, it would still be an awful split. A 15 year old newbie could have come up with that split. The fact that he's left out all the other training variables proves he knows next to bugger all about program design.

I think those are the gains he's made for like 30 years bodybuilding... which would seem likely with that workout.
Or maybe the best gains he made was when he actually went to the gym and just lifted without knowing what he was doing, which is better than this garbage.
All the pros are on steroids and generally don't have 9-5 jobs. These two things greatly increase recovery ability, potential for muscle gain, and the amount of punishment you can take. Not to mention the substantial genetic advantage most, if not all, pro bodybuilders have anyway.
Besides, fuck what anybody else is doing. A program needs to be tailored to your goals, ability, and limitations. Cookie cutter "this guy does it!!!!!!" style programs don't work. If they did, why would men's fitness magazine have a brand new "build bigger guns and better abs" training program every issue?
