    Cool Lower chest

Ok i have been working out ALOT, and well i have seen improvement in strength and some in size, but one thing i cant get is the lower chest muscle!!!

The top i get going work outed for now, but the bottom of my chest its the same!
Its just nothing, their not even too, i need help with the lower and middle parts of the chest any good workouts for those?! i do bench press and Tons of fly's that;s about its for chest.
I need some major help, in order to continue working out i need motivation and seeing my lower chest not improve is killing me!!! i was some determined i worked out my chest like crazy yesterday and I'm so sore but i still don't feel sore on lower chest and i don't see any thing!

P.S- once i get the lower going i get the feeling the next problem is going to be keeping them even, just like getting my left bicep even with right!

    Thanks Chris

Its difficult to feel the pump on the lower chest but there is an exercise that works the lower chest like no other.. Gironda Dips. Here is a link:

Try it for a month and watch your lower pecs explode.

Dumbells are your best friends, a good 5 sets of 8 reps with good form should make your chest explode. Try different angles from time to time.
