    Ab's Diet Workout

    Hi All,

I did the above diet and workout and had good results, my question is:

I want to start to cut now and was wondering if I can carry on doing the weight circuits but instead of doing 3 sets of 15, do 5 sets of 5 (heavy) or would it be best if I change my workout completely?

Most of us probably aren't familiar with the specifics of that plan, shaw.

How do you eat on that plan?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

Why such a frequent eating pattern, I wonder?

What calorie reduction do they suggest?

No calorie reduction is mentioned, just eating good wholegrain foods.

a lot of people have had good results from using their methods including me. basically you do 3 full body workouts a week and 2 hiit sessions. The downside was that I lost muscle as well as fat.

were you keeping your protein up??

You're bound to lose muscle on a cut anyways with the calorie reduction, or it could also be marbling which made your muscle look bigger.

No I never, I just wanted to drop the weight! If I carry on doing this workout but keep my protein high would it be ideal for a cut or should I give the full body workouts a miss and focus on a 3 day split?
