OK, so from the title you can probably see that there is some confusion here!
Basically, however hard I try, I cannot seem to reshape my pecs. They seem to fall in a band shape under my arms across my Serratus Anterior to my lats, almost in the way you would see on someone who is extremely overweight ("sumo" like!)
I am not carrying a great deal of body fat at all (sub 14%). Can anyone help?

your not going to change the shape of them , that has already been determined for you
you can build size or cut fat , your chest could be the spot you hold a little more body fat if you cut it will show more detail
