    anyone do hst?

    hi

    has any1 done the hst style of training? I put my girl on it thinking we could help her with bringing up her muscle tone. has any1 did this? I followed through and recorded her max lbs, and she started today. i am talking with built (amazing abs!!!) and she is number crunching for a carb cycling. did any1 do this with ogod results? thanks

    I personally don't know much about it. However, in his UD 2.0 book, Lyle McDonald mentions that he's a fan of it.

    i actually picked up on of his books yesterday-about the psmf. pretty good stuff. is it the same-havent read the book all the way through yet

    Yea, word around the forum is that he's full of good stuff. Although I'm not positive, I haven't gotten through both books, I'm under the impression that they are two different methods for getting into the low body fat figures--something along those lines.

    Either way, they are both good reads.
